The last 5% of a project is the most important and often overlooked part.  Service providers and companies are on to the next initiative once the cueing initiate is on the home stretch to completion - the pain is gone.  Unfortunately, the last 5 % of a project is refinement, detailed optimization and solidifying the investment.  If you don't do this right, the investments to date are easily lost.  At MMC, we take responsibility for managing our clients through the refinement stage to assure we collect for them all that has been invested to date.
