We are seeking an Executive Assistant to will provide administrative support to the Business Development and Operations teams in serving the needs of external and internal clients.  The Executive Administrative Assistant will be a highly resourceful team-player who is comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure while remaining flexible, proactive, and efficient.



  • Setting and maintaining schedule of appointments and meetings; proactively addressing scheduling conflicts.

  • Arranging detailed travel plans and itineraries for travel/conferences, completes expense reports

  • Providing the necessary support to manage requests and deliverables in person, as well as virtually

  • Maintaining consultant resumes and ensuring the most updated versions are polished for client use.

  • Managing external contacts and client correspondence, maintaining a professional and consistent tone with timely responses.

  • Providing a bridge for smooth communication between Business Development teams and clients.

  • Maintaining confidentiality in all areas of job responsibilities.

  • Answering and screening telephone calls, greeting visitors, and responding to information requests.

  • Managing special projects and tasks as requested by the leadership team.



  • Ability to work under pressure and to handle a wide variety of activities.

  • Self-reliant with little need for direction or management.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Values teamwork, problem solving, engagement and adaptability.

  • Organized and excellent time management.

  • Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures.

  • Expert with Microsoft office tools; including PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, etc.
