Client engagements cover a range of specialties, including business opportunity assessments, process improvement, change management, project management, and pain point emergency triage. Working in multiple disciplines across industries and building client knowledge and credibility quickly (projects vary in length, lasting anywhere from a few weeks to several months).
Building critical relationships with partners across multiple functional areas, managing all aspects of the budget, and coordinating change.
Providing regular and timely project updates to all assigned clients and key internal team members.
Organizing and executing assigned business projects on behalf of clients (recruiting, payroll, promotional campaigns etc.) according to client’s requirements.
Performing business opportunity assessments for clients through a combination of observations, technical analyses, and client interviews.
Presenting findings and suggestions to clients with ample justification and practical advice.
Helping to develop, communicate and implement program/project risk/issue management plans and strategies.
Meeting or exceeding defined project goals while maintaining quality, cost and efficiency targets.
Resolving and escalating issues associated with project pipeline, capacity, and scope.
Providing senior to executive level project leadership, managing activities related to high-visibility projects that are significant in risk, scope, and complexity.
Maintaining confidentiality in all areas of job responsibilities.
Ability to work under pressure and to handle a wide variety of activities.
Analytical mind with excellent data collection and execution skills.
Aptitude in creative problem-solving.
Knowledge of diverse business matters, especially including accounting and finance.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Values teamwork, problem-solving, engagement and adaptability.
Organized and excellent time management.
Familiarity with a wide selection of business management software (CRM, ERP etc.) and databases.
Expert with Microsoft office tools; including PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, etc.
