Defining Career Moment
After spending 15 years in big advisory firms and small agencies, I developed a solid rolodex of amazing clients. Unfortunately, I found my evolving values not “fitting” the status quo of those firms and agencies. My services approach was based on trust and accountability, not on sales leads and contracts. I realized that the status quo was focused on transactions, not on relationships. I yearned to turn my attention toward better-serving my clients’ interests, not my pipeline. I needed to invest in, and enjoy the value that I could create with my clients. And thus, I founded MMC.

Professional Expertise & Experience.
I started my career as a CPA, a strategic play to assure I could cover my student debt. My gifts were ancillary to my success as a CPA and gradually shifted me to more consultative services. I enjoy a challenge and being able to overcome long-suffered business challenges, this manifests in all my work.
