Parking at MMC Consulting

There are several convenient parking options available for guests.

Option 1: Behind Sebastian Joe’s - Coffee & Ice Cream

Parking is available in the small lot directly behind Sebastian Joe’s. Entrance is off 44th Street.

Guests may park in spaces marked 44 Commons Parking.

Option 2: Street Parking

If the lot is full, street parking is available on the residential streets surrounding the building.

Please check posted signage for any seasonal or time-specific parking restrictions.

Option 3: MMC Guest Parking Lot

MMC Consulting also has dedicated parking spaces located across the alley from our building.

To access the guest lot, reference the map below.

• On W 43rd Street turn into the Linden Hills Apartments driveway.

• Continue behind the apartment building to the parking area.

• Look for the spaces marked for MMC Consulting.

• Walk across the alley and through the parking lot behind Sebastian Joe’s to reach our office.
