Parking at MMC Consulting

Option 1: Behind Sebastian Joe’s

Parking is available in the small lot directly behind Sebastian Joe’s. Guests may park in spaces marked 44 Commons Parking.

Option 2: Street Parking

If the lot is full, street parking is available on the residential streets surrounding the building.

Please check posted signage for any seasonal or time-specific parking restrictions.

Option 3: MMC Guest Parking Lot

MMC Consulting also has 10 dedicated parking spaces located across the alley from our building.

To access the guest lot reference the map below.

Drive down 43rd Street and turn into the Linden Hills Apartments.
Continue behind the apartment building to the parking area.
.Look for the spaces marked for MMC Consulting.
Walk across the alley and through the parking lot behind Sebastian Joe’s to reach our office.
